To figure out your cap size, measure with a flexible tape directly where the sweatband will rest. Convert the measurement with the chart above.
This chart is based on the simple mathematical equation of pi.

You will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days. All purchases will be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 14 days with your receipt and we will credit you for the entire amount minus the shipping charges. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at: service@pakheadwear.com. Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. No refunds are offered for custom items, unless there is a manufacturing error. * We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale/clearance items. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us. Caps sent back to us in an envelope will not be accepted. Please use the original box whenever possible.
Ordering
When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. This acknowledges the your order has been received. You can always check your order status by clicking on "My Account" and logging in to your private account area. You will get billed almost immediately after you place your orders.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders received prior to a price change or after a price change will not be adjusted to reflect the price difference: you will only be charged the amount you agree to pay when you place your order.Promotions are available as advertised and may not be redeemed before or after promotion period.
